Project BRAINS: Bulgarian-Romanian Area Identities: A Neighbourhood Study RO | EN

The project BRAINS (Bulgarian-Romanian Area Identities: A Neighbourhood Study) is implemented in the framework of the Romania-Bulgaria Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2007-2013, through a partnership of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies (the BRIE Giurgiu Center) and the “Angel Kanchev” University of Ruse (the BRIE Ruse Center).

The project aims to contribute to the development of cross-border cooperation between Romania and Bulgaria, as well as to the general socio-economic development of the Romanian-Bulgarian border region through the establishment of a CBC framework for promoting the advantages and opportunities of the region, within the concept of ROBULNA (the Romanian-Bulgarian Neighborhood Area).
